Self-Acceptance While You Grieve

In the midst of my grief at the loss of a loved one, I found myself struggling with how I was or wasn't grieving based on how I had seen others grieve.

Mourning the loss of a loved one is new for me and it is especially hard being continent's apart and having to experience everything virtually. Wrestling with this experience while trying to do so like everyone else is hard.

At some point, we must accept the nuances of how we respond in different situations.

My way of grieving is right for me.
