Be Grateful. Reclaim Your Joy!

In the midst of our troubles, we often forget to be grateful. We must train ourselves to be grateful at all times and reclaim the joy that is lost when we are sad, angry, disappointed, or depressed.

Joy is a state of mind. We can tap into it even if our circumstances or emotions do not reflect any happiness.

Tell your friends and family how you feel about them today. Don't wait until it's too late.
